The companies on Wednesday announced they are launching an effort dubbed the “Culinary and Hospitality Benchmarking System” to help operators understand how well they are doing in five areas: Culinary excellence and food quality, wellness, hospitality, transparency and trust, and outside engagement.

ICAA, Restaura to Launch Senior Living Dining Assessment Tool, New Standards for Operators

Restaura was featured on Senior Housing News for its partnership with the International Council on Active Aging (ICAA) to introduce a new tool for measuring dining and hospitality standards in senior living communities.

The initiative, called the Culinary and Hospitality Benchmarking System, is designed to help operators evaluate their performance across five key areas: culinary excellence and food quality, wellness, hospitality, transparency and trust, and outside engagement. The program includes a self-assessment tool, set to launch this month on the ICAA website, supported by CrossCheck, a company specializing in quality assurance for food and hospitality services.
