To craft and implement our employee ownership model, Restaura worked with Ownership Works, a nonprofit organization founded by Peter Stavros, co-head of Global Private Equity at KKR, to advance the concept of shared ownership. Ownership Works is on a mission to increase prosperity through shared ownership at work. By 2030, Ownership Works aims to generate at least $20 billion of wealth for workers and create hundreds of thousands of new employee-owners. Restaura is proud to be the first contract food and dining management services organization to work with Ownership Works to share ownership with all our employees.
