Our House-Made Blueberry Peach Granola perfectly captures the essence of summer’s sun-soaked sweetness and fresh, juicy flavors. It’s more than granola—it’s a bright celebration of scratch-made, nutritionally balanced food that’s unapologetically delicious.
Ingredients:
– Oats, Rolled, Gluten Free 2 cup
– Sunflower Seeds 1/2 cup
– Pumpkin Seeds, Roasted, Unsalted 1/4 cup
– Flax Seeds (finely ground) 1/4 cup
– Spice, Cinnamon Ground 1 tsp
– Salt, Kosher 1/4 tsp
– Agave Sweetener, Organic 1/4 cup
– Oil, Canola Extra Virgin Olive Blend 2 tbsp
– Extract, Vanilla, Pure 1/2 tsp
– Blueberries, Fresh 1/2 cup
– Peach, Fresh small diced; Peeled 1/2 cup
Instructions
– Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
– Mix dry ingredients:
– In a large bowl, combine oats, sunfower seeds, pumpkin seeds, faxseed, cinnamon, and
salt.
– Add wet ingredients:
– Stir in agave, oil, vanilla, and fold in the fresh blueberries and peaches.
– Spread mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet.
– Bake for 30–35 minutes, stirring gently every 10–12 minutes, until golden and mostly dry.
(The fruit will dehydrate and the granola will crisp as it cools.)
– Cool & store:
– Let cool completely on the pan.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week at room temp or 2 weeks refrigerated.
